New Area, New Paranormal Activity

Updated: Jul 27, 2023

Hello, all. Been working the paranormal field for almost 20 years now. I have been mostly concentrated in Western North Carolina (where I lived), but now that I have moved to the Emerald Coast of Florida, it is time to start working again. I specialize mostly in removal of dark energy (energy, spirits, entities) and it is a task that I do not take lightly. I have seen and heard things that would make normal people run in fear. I do not run. That does not mean that I have no fear. I know from experience that you have to stand up to these things (they are basically cowards at heart). Some would call me a demonologist. However, I refuse that title. Since the root "ology" means "the study of" a subject, that term does not apply. Hence, the word demonologist suggests one that studies demons. I do not. I get rid of demons. I am not an exorcist because I choose not to exorcise people suspected of being possessed (unless absolutely imperative). It is too intense and messy. I wish there was a better label or scientific term for that other than "demon exterminator..." which sounds dumb.

If you watch programs like Ghost Adventures, Ghost Hunters, and all the plethora of similar programs... you will know what I am not. I am not out for glory or to put my name on the web. I do not post EVPs, pictures, or video. I am not interested in that type of exposure. My work is to maintain the client's confidentiality and get rid of the problem. The aforementioned programs only seek to exploit the victims and increase their ratings or web hits. Conversely, I focus more on helping people. Most "ghost hunters" actually aggravate the problem and cause more harm than good. I cannot tell you how many times a haunting has become more difficult / aggressive after a supposed team has come through to "help" people.

Now that I am settled in Florida, I am going to gradually slide back into the field. I hope that the level of activity is less than it was in North Carolina. The amount of dark houses, nasty deeds, and hidden evils secreted away in the back mountains of western North Carolina was almost overwhelming.

I am starting this blog not only to help and give advice where I can, but also to put in some kind of record form some of what I have learned over the years. Like I said previously, my work is strictly confidential. People can come to me in confidence and not worry about being labeled as "crazy," "out of their mind," and not worry about exposure to friends, neighbors, or the media. I will, however, relate some of the events that have occurred but the names and places will be altered to such as an extent, that it cannot be linked back to the client in any way.

I will probably start with my very first encounter. More to come...
